2. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.apollowatch.company by private consumers located in the European Union. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
3. Products
Apollo Watch Company offers pre-owned luxury watches and handmade watch straps. All items are subject to availability. Each product is described and photographed with care. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and display settings.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, and bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues, stock errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
We offer insured shipping on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1 Pre-owned Watches
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU and Belgian law (Book VI WER).
Returned watches must be in unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories. Watches that show signs of wear, damage, tampering or removal of seals may be subject to a reduction in value or refusal of the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Refunds are issued only after inspection by our team.
6.2 Handmade Straps and Custom Products
Straps made to order or produced on request are considered custom items under Belgian law (Article VI.53, 3° WER) and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept that the withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made products.
7. Product Authenticity and Condition
All watches sold by Apollo Watch Company are 100 percent authentic and thoroughly verified. Pre-owned items may show minimal signs of wear, which are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
8. Warranty
All watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering authenticity and basic mechanical function. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper handling
- Wear and tear of straps, buckles, or cosmetics
- Repairs or alterations not performed by us or without approval
9. Liability
Apollo Watch Company is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss or damage caused during return shipment
- Delays due to external transport services
Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes arising from the contract may be submitted to the competent courts of the district where Apollo Watch Company is established.
